MACD Ultimate Multiple Timeframes

This is an enhanced version of the regular MACD indicator with a histogram that can display up to four different colors depending on direction and position relative to the zero line. The update adds checkbox options for showing or hiding the MACD and Signal lines, changing the MACD line color when it crosses the Signal line, and plotting dots at crossover points. The histogram can be displayed either in four colors or as a single color, with the option to toggle it on or off. The indicator also supports setting the default timeframe to match the chart’s timeframe, while still allowing the user to select a different one. Some features, such as the crossover dots, were inspired by community contributions.
